With us since we started, John is an experienced security professional with over 25 years experience in the industry. A proud veteran, John has worked in all areas of security and has a wealth of knowledge. John is married to Claire and has 3 boys aged 13, 11 and 7. In his spare time he enjoys rugby, fitness and spending time with his family.
Experienced, trustworthy, fun and the glue that keeps us together and makes everything happen. Pari is a power house in the office and always has a smile on her face. Engaged to Robert and in her spare time enjoys Cycling, and cooking and is a massive Aston Villa fan.

Sophie joined the team in 2022. She joined the team, having spent 11 years as a high risk K&E negotiator in South America and the Middle East. With a masters in security risk management, Sophie is considered the clever one. A keen horse rider, and lover of Asian cuisine, she spends her free time on her horse or spending time with her 7 year old son.
